The concept behind The ISIS Group is an unusual one. The ISIS Group
consists of the ISIS businesses, a set of niche financial businesses,
established for the purpose of funding their own foundation, The ISIS
Foundation. The ISIS Foundation focuses on supporting communities to
enable them to deliver health and education services and provide support
to children in extreme poverty. The ISIS businesses provide crucial
administration and infrastructure support to The ISIS Foundation and
since its inception in 1997 to September 2011, the ISIS businesses have
funded over US$4.7 million to the Foundation. Close to US$8.8 million has
been received from external donors to fund the work of The ISIS
Foundation.
The ISIS Group is dedicated to the concept of linking business and
non-profit with the same vision of making a positive difference to the
lives of children in the developing world while acting with integrity and
excellence in everything we do.
What do the ISIS businesses do?
The founders of The ISIS Group are Audette Exel and Sharon A.
Beesley, both structured finance and banking lawyers and bankers by
background. The business mix of the ISIS businesses reflects that
specialty.
The ISIS businesses work in the areas of private placement, fund
administration services and corporate finance work. The ISIS client base
is largely institutional with a focus on cross border transactions. In
Australia, ISIS (Asia Pacific) Pty is an Authorised Representative of BBY
Advisory Services Pty Ltd, License no 225431.
ISIS Limited/Law has a licence to conduct local business in Bermuda as
well as international business, through Bermuda.
