Where is The ISIS Foundation registered?

We work through partner organisations in both Nepal and Uganda. In Nepal, we have registration as an international non-Government organisation (INGO), and we have also established The ISIS Children’s Foundation, a local NGO.

The ISIS Foundation is registered as a Bermuda Charitable Trust (Registration No. 508).

We accept tax-deductible donations from US taxpayers through the International Charitable Fund of Bermuda.

The ISIS Foundation (UK) is registered with the UK Charity Commission (#1098152).

The ISIS Foundation (Australia) has recently been established and we are working towards receiving Deductible Gift Recipient Status (DGR).

Where is The ISIS Group registered?

The ISIS Group is licensed as insurance brokers in Bermuda and we currently hold an exemption from the provisions of the Bermuda Investment Business Act, as we only deal with sophisticated and wholesale investors.

In Australia, ISIS (Asia Pacific) Pty is an authorised representative of Jaguar Advisory Services Pty Ltd, Licence no 225431.
